Pros: I stayed for well-nigh two hours but, so I tin can't judge the hotel
Cons: I made a reservation directly with the hotel, I made sure that they volition provide a room with ii queen beds and a sofa bed. When I went to cheque in I was a different price than the one in my original reservation. The forepart desk had to contact the director to see if they could change the toll to match my original reservation, this took about a hour to fix. Later that, we went upstairs to the room to find out that it has only two queen beds, no sofa bed and this won't piece of work because we are a family of 5. We went back downstairs to say that the room we accept been assigned doesn't match our original reservation. Again, the front end desk-bound had to contact the manager to enquire if in that location anything they can do to fix this state of affairs. The manger wasn't able to help. This whole procedure wasted almost three hours. I concluded upward leaving the hotel to another ane that was able to provide me with a room that fits our family. What a waste of time!!!!!!!
Pros: Every single employee at the front desk was a serious customer service professional. They were all incredible, I was actually surprised in a slap-up manner. Peachy Job to them all. Breakfast was as well a corking addition to the stay. They had this express pancake maker that would brand 2 pancakes from i click of a push button. Never seen i before, but it was pretty sweet.
Cons: A microwave would have been a nice addition to the room itself. I ended upward just using the 1 in the foyer to reheat some food I had in the evening.

From check in to bank check out there is no staff better. Ana was there when we checked in and she was very helpful.

Pros: The room was small-scale and comfortable, but what really made this such an excellent hotel was the staff. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and across to provide helpful recommendations most what to do in the expanse. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, and the hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to and from the airdrome and the zoo, which was keen. There was also a very nice free happy hour during the week and freshly baked cookies at nighttime on the weekends. We liked how shut the hotel was to the Gaslamp quarter, Little Italy, and even the waterfront if you don't listen a petty walking. We will admittedly stay hither once more!

Cons: The Elevators are soooooooooooo slow ... Only the Hotel does not have many floors, and then the stairs were just fine to have.
